Account & Data Deletion Request

At NoiseCheck, you have full control over your personal data and account records. In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy, this page allows you to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can instantly delete all local data and cloud records directly from your mobile device:

Open the NoiseCheck app on your device.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Scroll to Data & Account Privacy.
Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.

This will immediately purge all local session records and disconnect cloud profiles.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or wish to submit a manual deletion request for your cloud account data, submit the form below or send an email:

What happens when you delete your account?

Account Profile: Your Google OAuth profile reference (UID, email, display name) will be permanently deleted from our database.
Measurement History: All cloud-synchronized noise measurement sessions, timestamps, decibel averages, and location tags will be completely erased.
Irreversible: This process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention Period

In-app deletions are executed immediately. Web or email deletion requests are verified and permanently purged from our active Supabase database and backup caches within 30 days of submission, with zero residual data retained.
